Our Community Comes First
The mission of Modern Path is to promote access to quality behavioral healthcare for individuals who identify as part of a gender, sexuality or relationship structure minority (GSRM). We strive to meet our mission through counseling, education, consulting, and various forms of community service.
Modern Path is a queer owned and operated business that centers the experiences of GSRMs. Each of our clinicians have made an agreement to uphold the values of social justice, inclusion, anti-oppression, and community service. We acknowledge that these values are complex, requiring lifelong personal and professional learning and development. We do not strive for perfection. We strive for awareness, accountability, and growth.
The goal of the Modern Path Access Fund is to support underfunded LGBTQIA+ with multiple intersections of marginalization to access affirming behavioral healthcare from clinicians with similar intersections of identity. Contributions made to the MPAF will support existing clients who are in need of adjunct services or who have experienced financial hardship and require financial assistance.
