This closed group is a space for fat folks struggling with body image stuff to take up space and process what it is like to live in a fat body. Facilitated by Sofia Siraj-Wu, a fat, femme, queer, multiracial licensed counselor, who is creating the group she wishes she had! This is a healing space to process and learn strategies for stress relief and empowerment unique to living in a fat body! Right in time for battling the Georgia heat!
