Modern Path Access Fund Groups

These groups are provided by individual providers throughout the state of Georgia, in person or virtually. The clinician is compensated by the fund. Clients in need can attend for free but must meet criteria and be referred by their individual therapy clinician. All attendees agree to the following:

• They meet the target population for the fund;

• They are experiencing a decompensation that requires more than one hour and less than nine hours of care to avoid partial hospitalization or inpatient level of care;

• By receiving access to free groups, in addition to their individual therapy, the client will be able to stay on course with their goals, therefor not placing work, housing, or finances at risk
