Introducing Mackenzie

Introducing Mackenzie Morgan, RYT-200, the newest addition to the team!

Mackenzie Morgan is a holistic intimacy coach, cuddle therapist, and somatic sexologist-in-training based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over a decade devoted to the mindfulness and healing arts, Mackenzie specializes in leading individuals and groups into profound experiences of authentic living and embodied spirituality. Her work gently dismantles the fear and shame that surround intimacy and pleasure, guiding clients back to the innate wisdom of their bodies—beyond the confines of patriarchal conditioning and the demands of capitalist culture.

As a certified yoga instructor and Naturopathic Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, Mackenzie infuses every facet of her work with transformative energy practices. Her expertise is further enriched by her training as a sexologist and consent educator through The Amina Institute (formerly the Atlanta Institute of Tantra and Divine Sexuality), allowing her to address the intersections of sensuality, spirituality, and liberation.

In 2021, Mackenzie co-created CuddleSage, the first training program for professional cuddlers designed to center and uplift Black women. Through her pioneering platonic touch sessions, she invites adults to explore consent, conscious communication, and embodied boundaries in deeply restorative ways.

Mackenzie partners with individuals, therapists, and fellow wellness practitioners to facilitate experiential healing sessions that weave together somatics, social justice, and storytelling. Her offerings encompass intimacy coaching, somatic bodywork, platonic cuddling, consent education for adults and youth, corporate and private yoga, forest bathing, and both in-person and virtual Reiki or energy healing. She also leads workshops on intimacy, consent, erotic embodiment, conscious communication and sex-positive parenting.

Whether through a gentle cuddle session, a meditative walk in nature, or a vibrant group gathering, Mackenzie holds sacred space for people to reclaim pleasure, cultivate presence, and embody radical self-acceptance. Her work stands as an invitation to live with more courage, tenderness, and authentic connection—to self, to others, and to the living world.
