This foundational workshop is designed for supervisors and supervisors in training who want to strengthen their evaluation and remediation skills. In this workshop, learners will be introduced to evaluation tools that can be used across disciplines and how and when to apply them. We will then discuss common themes that developing counselors and therapists display based on the most recent research available. Lastly, we will discuss remediation options and how to apply them at the intersection of values-based supervision and the skills required for license and certification purposes.
